Bord of directors and bodies
The General Assembly (MV) of the German AIDS service organization elects a Board of Directors for three years. The implementation of the General Assembly’s resolutions and the thematic further development of the association are counted among their tasks.
The Council of Delegates functions as a consultant and examiner for the Board of Directors in the time period between the general assemblies.
The Board of Directors represents the association in and out of court and is responsible for all general matters of the association provided they are not appropriated by the by-laws of another body.
The Board of Directors can appoint a Board of Management to conduct the association’s day-to-day business.
