General Assembly

The General Assembly (MV), which convenes regularly once a year, is the highest most decision-making body of the German AIDS-Hilfe e.V. (DAH).

Their tasks include:

  • defining the guiding principles of the association’s policies
  • electing and discharging the Board of Directors
  • approving the budget
  • resolving amendments to the by-laws
  • deciding on the rules of procedure 
  • deciding on applications from members of the Board of Directors and the Council of Delegates
  • appealing the non-inclusion or exclusion of members
